Number of active chat means how many chats can be processes simultaneously. Chat remains active from a moment when you asked a question until you have an answer. For example: you have subscribed 3 team members on a Launch plan with 1 active chat. If two people asked a question, then we will process them one by one.
Face-to-face session is a 45 minute long audio or video call. You can use it as you wish. For example, we can join your stand-ups or technical meetings; be your buddy when you are working on your problem.
You need to choose weekdays and time slot when you are signing for your plan.
